You can now record your event's weight configuration (ie. # of 100 lb plates, # of 45 lb plates, # of 25 lb plates, etc.)
and quickly display the bar loading arrangement for each competitor's attempts.
Enter your event's weight configuration (ie. # of 100 lb plates, # of 45 lb plates, # of 25 lb plates, etc.)
through the Divisions, Weight Classes, and Bar Loading Setup
form by choosing option '1. Setup Divisions, Weight Classes, and Bar Loading Setup' from the Event menu, and
select the
Bar Loading Setup tab.
This form displays a list of weights (plates) including weight type (lbs/kilos), color, and count that will
be available for use at your event.
Note that the standard weights (lbs and kilos) are provided with Press 4.0 for your convenience.
To add a weight, press the Add button.
The
Bar Loading Entry dialog will appear.
Enter the Weight (ie. 100, 25, 2.5, etc.), Color (Gold, Red, etc.), Count (must be multiples of 2) and type (lbs or kilos)
and press the Save button.
To delete a weight entry, just select the entry from the list and press the
Delete button. Press 4.0 requires you to confirm this request.
To edit a weight entry, just select the entry from the list and press the
Edit button or double click.
Press the Close button to close the form, or just leave it open and go to other
features. If other features are already open, you can retrieve those
features normally, or you can return to them via the Windows menu option.
To enter the weight of the bar and locks, choose the Preferences option from the Utilities menu.
The
Preferences form will display.
To direct the spotters/loaders with the appropriate plates to load on each side of the bar just right click on the
corresponding attempt through the
Events form,
which will display a
popup menu.
Select either 'Bar Loading (kilos)' or 'Bar Loading (lbs)' and
the
Bar Loading display form will appear.
